Nicola joined the Board as a Non Executive Director in 2000.

Nicola qualified as a Solicitor in 1974 and was a Partner in Capron & Helliwell the Norfolk Broads Solicitors from 1980-2007 and is now a Consultant.

Nicola is Chair of the Corporation of Paston Sixth Form College, a Member of the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal and a Member of Norfolk County Council’s Schools Appeals Panel. She was formerly Chair of Wherry Housing Association, Director of Circle Anglia, Chair of St. Matthews Housing and a Director of Springboard Housing.

Mike is a company director with a particular expertise in finance who has worked for organisations in a wide variety of sectors and sizes. 

As a Non-Executive Director, Mike provides strategic advice, monitors management performance and regularly meets with members of the management team.

Stephen spent much of his working career working within the building society sector developing a broad understanding of the mortgage and savings markets alongside the opportunities that come with the mutual ownership model. Taking on the Chief Executive role at Cambridge Building Society in 2007 he led the Society through a range of economic cycles.

In recent years Stephen became increasingly involved in supporting and shaping the wider building society sector and in 2017 he took on the role of Chairman of the Building Societies Association – working closely with sector leaders, regulators and politicians to promote the sector.

He handed over the reins at The Cambridge in late 2019 moving onto a non-executive career in a variety of organisations.  

Georgina joined Moneyfacts in 2022 as Head of HR, Training and Recruitment.

After a successful 10+ year career as a sales professional in the telecommunications industry, Georgina transitioned into HR. Georgina worked for an organisation providing HR services to internationally renowned scientific research institutes in Norwich, where she specialised in Learning & Development and Recruitment.

Georgina is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and brings with her a wealth of business experience.

Rob joined Moneyfacts in July 2017 as CTO and heads up the IT Department

As a software engineer Rob spent 23 years in the Offshore Survey industry in various roles from developing software to senior management working on many high pressure projects where data accuracy has been paramount. Rob’s career has included Group Software Manager at Thales GeoSolutions and R&D Site Manager at Fugro Intersite.

Rob holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Computer Science from the University of Kent.

Richard has extensive experience of financial services marketing in both B2B and B2C, having worked for over 25 years in both marketing agency and client-side, across insurance and banking brands including Aviva, AXA, Barclays, Barclaycard, Coventry Building Society and Creation Consumer Finance.

Richard is focussed on producing effective, integrated marketing communications across the unrivalled range of Moneyfacts Group plc products, publications and services to strengthen our position as the UK’s leading provider of personal finance data.
